Anna-Grace Davidtson

18th September 2013

After being shortlisted for the Design Al Awards, London based interior designer Anna Grace Davidston  talks to ROCO about her style, projects and what inspires her.

WHERE YOU ALWAYS DESTINED FOR A CAREER IN INTERIORS?

I started as a graphic designer but then always had a passion for interior design! I think your home is very important and reflects your life style, so I always admired beautifully styled homes.

HAS THERE BEEN A PARTICULAR CITY, WHICH YOU HAVE LIVED IN THAT INSPIRES YOU THE MOST?

I lived in Kiev and Berlin, but London is the most inspiring city for me! There is just so much life happening here and if you look around you can find everything and everyone. I love the mix of different cultures and that London is so cosmopolitan.

WHAT IS YOUR APPROACH TO CLIENTS?

My approach is very simple; the most important thing is that you understand exactly what your client is looking for. If you get to know your client, you get a feel for their personality, which helps hugely whilst designing their home. Listening to the client is key!
